Our RV is in good condition, so don’t let the year deceive you. She’s equipped with a reliable Ford 6.8L V10 gas engine that has only 23,000 miles. She is clean and well-maintained.The entire RV has been upgraded recently. There is a functional 3-burner propane stove, oven, microwave, a spacious refrigerator & freezer, and comes fully stocked with plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, and kitchenware. The community area of the RV contains a full-sized leather sleeper sofa, a comfortable recliner, TV with built in DVD player, USB ports to charge your electronics, and lots of storage. Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee using the Coffee machine.The center bathroom/vanity/toilet has also been upgraded with all new features including counter tops, sink, faucet, cabinet hardware, and toilet, and a fresh coat of paint. The master bedroom (rear of RV) has lots of storage space with tall closets, drawers, small cabinets over the bed, plenty of hooks and a large back and 2 side windows. All bed linens, pillows, towels, and RV toilet paper are included for the ideal vacation getaway. We also keep an array of cleaning supplies.Let us know what you need and we can provide it for you.
