My RV is brand new, and in great shape. It has a full size bed up front, and twin bunk beds in the back. There is an actual bathroom, with a small tub. A separate sink for the bathroom. Also the table & couch both folds down to be beds. The refrigerator is a nice size one, with a separate freezer. There is a stove, oven and microwave. You will not be disappointed.
