1.0This was a HORRIBLE experience, the RV was filthy, (I have several pictures/videos), The maintenance light was on as the service was past due by 1,400 miles, the tires seemed worn. We had a tire blow out on the freeway, & due to the "type of tire" Roadside assitance was NOT able to replace it that day and had to special order it. The owner was very un-resposive, did not want to take any responsibility for his vehicle and made the experience even worse. Additionally, there was no Spare Tire we could have used NOR any type of freeway safety kit (Flares, cones, etc.). The owner refuses to refund the days we were UNABLE to use the RV due to the tire & he has decided to TAKE our deposit to replace HIS TIRE. I do want to mention Outdoorsy & the Roadside Assistance people have been great & hope they will be able to assist in this ordeal. BUT as far as this owner: Do NOT rent from this man. BUYER BEWARE!!!
