This RV is ready for the ride. A brand-new heavy-duty sway bar and leaf springs make this ride a comfort you can't beat.This is an RV made for outside living! Enjoy the convenience of the exterior kitchen and exterior 32" LED TV. This makes it easy to spend more time with your family and friends outdoors. There is a bedroom slide-out and a kitchen slide-out that features a 71" Dinette with a 40" TV above, a sink, overhead cabinets, and a 3-burner, range with a microwave above. The TV includes a DVD player and fire TV with access to Prime video and You tube TV. There is an outside jack to connect to a campsite cable server. There is also an antenna for antenna TV.All linens, towels, kitchenware included. For fuller list, see end of this description. If you prefer to bring your kitchen items and linens, let us know and we will remove them.Other features are the Solar Panel, keyless Entry System, Bluetooth, backup Monitor,
double bowl kitchen sink.,13,500 BTU Roof AC and a Windshield privacy curtain.There is one Queen size bed in the 1 bedroom. Above the driver area is a loft that can sleep 2 small people, or 1 adult. The kitchen table can be converted into a bed for 2 children. The couch can be converted into a bed for one adult or two children.We will make best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However, given that items can fail, we make no guarantee of their availability. Especially during busy seasons where there is limited maintenance time for repair. Amy and Rick were excellent hosts for our RV rental. They gave us a thorough walk through of operating the RV before we set off on our camping trip and provided a super helpful operating manual to keep on the RV. They made sure that all our questions were answered while we were in the midst of our camping trip too. The RV itself was great for our family of four plus our dog! All the appliances worked great as well. The RV was pretty easy to drive if you aren’t use to driving a 29 foot long vehicle. Just take wide turns and be careful backing in. We’d definitely recommend Amy and Rick’s RV for your next RV adventure.

We (Rick my husband and I (Amy)) are in our early 60's and have been avid campers since childhood. We came into possession of a second motor home and have decided to share one of them through the RVShare program. We retired in 2020 - a bit early due to some physical challenges. We moved to Florida from Jamestown, Ohio (between Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton Ohio.) Rick was in the Navy, was an electrician, a photographer, and a machinist. I retired from GE Healthcare as a support engineer for filmless radiology systems, (called Pacs). We have a dog, Punky, who chose us. We have 1 son and daughter in law who live in Ohio and 1 son, daughter in law and 2 grandsons in Buffalo. We were members of the Gold Wing organization until it disbanded a few years ago. I enjoy synchronized swimming, and Rick enjoys being a member of the Villages Veterans Memorial park performing ceremonies.
