Ohh where do I start there is a weight distribution hitch. An Electric/gas refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove inside with all the necessities to cook a meal, and a microwave and an oven. Also, a small coffee pot good for 2 cups of coffee cups included also. On the outside there is a 2-burner gas cook top grill also with an electric only refrigerator. Back on the inside there is a shower, king size residential bed in master bedroom 4 bunks in the bunk house. a pull-out couch that sleeps 2 and if needed a dinette that can be broken down to sleep up to 2 people. There are 2 smart TV's and one DVD player in the living room for those rainy days or nights for family wind down time. There is an electric fireplace inside and a Bluetooth radio with speakers inside and out it has a 22 ft awning with LED lighting underneath. Has hook ups for an external tv, and a power outlet outside for whatever you might need. There is also a 6 ft fold up table for your use as-well. There is also 2-fold up chairs with a rug to have a clean area to entertain. All cleaning supplies are included disinfectant wipes, a broom and a dustpan. Two rolls of RV safe toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and 4 trash bags will also be included. There is also a Swiffer that is on the camper with 4 wet-jet cleaning pads.Ce qui est inclusEmpty weight is 9900LBS and height is 11ft 2in. All renters will be required to have a brake controller and meet an acceptable hitch height for safely towing. Electric hook ups can be made up to 75 ft away and wastewater hook ups can be made 50 ft away. Renter is required that all fresh and wastewater tanks are returned empty if not a 60$ fee will be applied.
