This Coachmen was just completely remodeled from floors to knobs and has every touch of a home. The cozy queen size memory foam mattress will have you fast asleep. Other occupants can also choose from a new pull out sofa or the oversized queen sleeping bunk above the cab.This is meant to be long term usage only. Cleaning fees will be relevant to the interior condition when you return the RV, if cleaning is required. The renter is not accountable for washing the exterior of the RV.
Any damage interior or exterior due to negligence is the responsibility of the renter and additional deductions may be taken from the security deposit.
We understand that accidents happen from time to time, we just ask that you notify us immediately if something does go wrong so we can resolve it quickly so you can ultimately enjoy your trip.
