This 38' Keystone Carbon 5th wheel is very clean and lightly used. Queen-size brand new Ashley Chime bed in the master bedroom and a twin-size (37"x91") bunk bed above the living room, with storage. The couch has two recliners. There is another queen-size drop-down bed, small couch and bathroom (toilet/sink) in the garage area. Fully stocked kitchen.• Approximately 330 SF of living space.
• Two roof-top AC units.
• 50-amp hook-up.
• Shower has sit-down ledge and plenty of room for shower accessories.
• Oven/stove with three burners.
• Mid-sized refrigerator and freezer.
• Two 14.2-gallon propane tanks (both filled).
• Water heater tank capacity: 12 gal.
• Grey water tank: 41 gal. Black water tank: 41 gal. Fresh water tank: 112 gal.
• Max sleeping capacity: 6 people (7 or 8 if you want to bring an air mattress and put in garage area).
• Two bathrooms (one master with good size shower and one toilet/sink in the garage area).
• Small electric BBQ on request
• Board games, playing cards, and cribbage.
