We’ve put a lot of care into making it clean, comfortable, and ready for amazing lake and desert memories. All we ask is that you treat it with the same good vibes and respect.
Keep it clean and chill
Please leave the trailer in good condition. A little sand and lake life is expected, but no heavy messes, spills, or damage. Think “vacation tidy,” not “spring break aftermath.”
No smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. The desert breeze is perfect outside, and this keeps everything fresh for the next guests.
No pets
As much as we love animals, this is a pet free trailer to keep it clean and allergy friendly for everyone.
Respect the setup
