We really try to make this a stress free experience and provide everything you would need. All you have to bring is the family, your clothes, food and drinks. We got the rest!Family-owned with outdoor kitchen, bunkhouse and separate entrance for bathroom. For a Turnkey type experience, Let us deliver the camper to campgrounds. We do the set up and tear down, taking all the worry and work out of your getaway leaving more time for you to relax and enjoy time relaxing.The bunkhouse has one of the slides and has 3 twin size beds and 2 gaming chairs that can be folding out on the floor as a full-size bed or leave them as two twins if needed.
Water toys, water noodles and bug catching nets are in the bunk room. Bunkhouse is very spacious and has USB outlets for electronics to charge. The foldable wagon is located in the bunkroom as well.Master bed is a queen bed with walking access on both sides of bed. There is a storage cabinet on each side of the bed as well with a mirrored front. There are 7 beach towels in the cabinet to the left of the bed. On each side of the bed is an opening to the storage cabinets making them like a bedside table. Inside is a USB port for a charger and light. There are doors on each side of the bed as well for added privacy.Dining room table is a U shape with seating for 6 and converts to full-size bed if needed. Conversion dining bed would sleep 1 adult or 2 teens/ small children comfortably. Bedding is under cushion on the right side of table.Couch in living area also fold into a full size bed. It will also sleep one adult or 2 teens/small children comfortably. Bedding for the couch is located under the couch.This camper has for enough room for 8-10 people to sleep comfortably. There is bedding on each bed and pillows for 10 people.There is a TV in the main living area with games in the cabinet under the TV.The outdoor kitchen has a sink, mini fridge, Keurig and cupboard, travel mugs, marshmallows sticks, grilling utensils. K-cups, herbal tea, propane for grill. fire starter, magic packs for colorful fires, tablecloth, and dish soap and a smaller trash can.Inside kitchen has microwave, stove/ oven, full size camping fridge with freezer, double sink and toaster. It is stocked with seasonings and cooking supplies like flour, oil, sugar, paper towels, napkins, paper plates and bowls, disposable silverware. cast iron pans, pots, serving bowls and platter, hard plastic plates and bowls, ceramic cups, and travel cups with lids. Can opener inside and outside, corkscrew, kitchen scissors, high temp oven/grill gloves. Dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, ziplock bags, trash bags, and extra rags. Ice packs are in the freezer, 2 smaller coolers are under the kitchen sink.Bathroom has stand up shower, sink and toilet with towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, hand soap, q-tips, and the First Aid kit and Laundry bag.There is an outdoor shower for convenience of washing off sandy feet especially after days spent at the beach.There is an outdoor mat (when allowed by the campground) and awning for shade, 5 camping chairs, Portable propane grill, small charcoal grill, hose, side tables.Water/food bowl for pets and some toys for them as well.If there is something you need or would like and it isn’t listed please ask. Hi my name is Linda, I love being outside especially in the summertime. Barefoot on a beach is probably my favorite place to be. My family and I love taking the camper and exploring all Michigan has to offer. Hiking, fishing and trails. We have one rule… Have FUN! Electronics are usually only brought out for music and pictures which is one of my favorite things especially as they get older. There’s nothing quite like ending a fun filled day sitting around a campfire looking at the stars and enjoying time with each other.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

There is flexibility with drop off and pick up times. It will depend on if there is a booking immediately before or after your rental. We can discuss it in detail when making your reservation.
Q.What do I need to bring
R.
Let's face it we all forget something from time to time. We really try to prepare for that. We fully stock everything, from toiletries to kitchen supplies. If you have a specific need, lets discuss it.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
If you are picking up the camper we will go over exact location of the grey and black tank, this camper has separate connections instead of one. But I do have the hoses and everything you will need.
Electric cord is provided with Surge protector.
Fresh water hose has water filter on it as well as regulator.
There is also a regular hose to use for whatever you may need and rinsing the grey and black tank hoses before packing them away.
Q.What's providing for Towing
R.
Your vehicle MUST be able to tow at least 10,000 lbs to tow this camper and all the things inside including what your bring. I will provide the Tow hitch and stabilizer bars and show you how to hook them up and take them off if needed. We will go over where the leveling jacks are located as well. I do provide leveling blocks.
