Our Keystone Premier isn’t just a camper — it’s our home on the road. We travel with our son as he bass fishes around the country, and now we’re excited to share it with you. We’ve packed in all the comforts of home so you can relax, explore, and make memories just like we do.Inside, you’ll enjoy a private master bedroom, spacious bathroom, cozy fireplace, and plenty of room to gather. Outside, the entertainment area makes evenings under the stars even better. With dual A/C units, a tankless hot water heater, and an extra air mattress for added sleeping space, comfort is never a question.We’ve also included propane in your nightly rental fee, and with off-grid readiness, you can take your adventures almost anywhere.We hope you enjoy our “Hopping” home on wheels as much as we do!

Booking & Communication
Please share your arrival and departure times when booking. We will do our best to accommodate.
Tanks & Waste
Grey/Black water tanks must be emptied before return unless the Tank Dump Add-on is purchased.
Full-service delivery includes tank dumping.
Vehicle Care & Responsibility
Off-road use: RV must be returned clean. Guest is liable for any damage.
Tires are checked before each rental. Guests are responsible for tire damage or repairs.
No pets allowed.
RV must be returned in the same clean condition it was received:
Remove trash
Sweep floors
Remove food (except provided staples)
Post-trip cleaning does not cover: pet mess, excessive dirt/sand/mud, stains, rips, tears, or missing/broken items. Extra cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
Damage Prevention
Guests are strongly encouraged to take thorough photos/videos of the RV (inside & out) before and after the trip.
Be cautious of overhead obstructions. Roof and component damage is very costly.
Any repairs must be approved by us before work begins to qualify for reimbursement.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Pick-up: 9-10 am
Drop-off: 4-5 pm
Times are flexible if pre-arranged in advance.
Late return fees: $50/hour past agreed time. Over 4 hours = full $500 deposit forfeited.
Smoking & Vaping
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV (including cannabis).
Violation results in $300 deduction from the deposit plus additional cleaning/odor removal charges.
