5.0Scott was amazing. We had issues with rv but he was always there to help and quick to answer any questions we had. It was our first time renting an rv. So we had alot of questions lol. Very pleased with how he represented the company. We will rent from them again just not that unit alot of plumbing issues with the toilet backing up and cosmetic issues. would recommend to my friends and family
