Delivery charges include tank dumping if delivered to a campground.Pickup and drop off times for delivery are subject to campground check-in and check-out policy (usually within 1-2 hours of those times).Campsite set-up and hook up of water, sewer and electric with delivery available as an additional add-on.Pick-up and drop off for towing is somewhat flexible. We can arrange in advance, and change if needed. We understand that sometimes you need to stop for dinner on your way home, before the kids go nuts, and we are available via phone and text if you need a little more time. Again, we want this to be as stress-free as possible.We love dogs and have a large hypoallergenic golden doodle and a small hypoallergenic cavapoo ourselves. We do allow dogs free of charge, but they must be well behaved and are not to be left unattended in the trailer at any time. Any damage incurred from your pet will be taken out of your deposit.Tandem axle wheel chocks included and are required.A weight distribution hitch is highly recommended, and one is available to rent as an add-on if you do not have one.The camper is required to be returned in the same condition in which it is received.You will need to bring your own linens and towel unless you select the linen package before checkout. The large bed fits a queen sheet but may be a little long because most trailers have “camper queen” size beds. The rear bunks and dinette will fit twin sheets.
