Welcome to "The Spruce Moose" Bunkhouse! This trailer packs a punch in a pretty portable package! You walk into a lovely sofa by day, and memory foam queen bed by night.Around the corner, a dinette, which also converts to a bed, overlooks a huge window and also a TV and DVD player.In the kitchen you're greeted with a 3-burner stovetop and oven, Keurig, Microwave, and large Refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, and disposable dishware.In the rear, there is a set of double bunk beds, each of which could fit two children. Each bunk has lights and USB plug-ins for their electronics--if they've been really good boys and girls and played outside all day, that is. Across from the bunks is a separate sink and mirror area.The restroom has a bathtub and shower, toilet, and a large skylight. Outside, there is an outdoor kitchen with outdoor shower and even outdoor speakers. The Spruce Moose is fully equipped with everything you need to make a memorable vacation.Popular destinations include Itasca State Park, Long Lake Park, Camper's Paradise in Nevis, and more. Want to take a road trip? We can do that too, we can even help plan, just ask!Need delivery? We can bring it, set it up, pick it up and dump the tanks for you! Select the delivery option on the "Add-on" page during check out (scroll to the bottom). During the week, we usually can only deliver after 4:30 pm.Check in/pick up time is 4pm. Checkout/return time is 11am. I try my best to accommodate special requests, but please understand that it takes 2-4 hours to properly clean and sanitize between stays. Just as with a hotel, we need time to make sure the unit is perfect for you :) If you would like to pick up in the morning, please book the night before to ensure the rental will be ready. Thanks!Our camper fleet is very popular for local cabin and lake homeowners needing extra sleeping space for get togethers and events. We love to help in these situations, but based on past experience, we have to require the following:Power: if your cabin does not have power that can handle a 30 amp camper, a generator rental is required. For example, extension cords are not suitable for powering a 30 amp camper.Restroom/showers: Our campers ARE NOT to be used as bathroom and shower facilities for all of your guests. Please rent a portable bathroom for this use.Proper use of the camper: You, as cabin owners will be trained to use the campers. There are also manuals in each one. If your guests are not present for the training, you are responsible for training them how to properly operate the components of the camper.If you do not adhere to these policies, there can be major damage to the camper which you will be responsible for.Thanks for understanding!Ce qui est inclusFully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, silverware, utensils, disposable dishware, foil, press and seal, food storage bags, napkins, paper towels, etc. Linens available upon request. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

We try our very best to accommodate special requests. However, because we offer same day turnover, there is a chance that we will not have the RV ready before check in at 4 pm. I will not sacrifice the cleanliness, sanitization, and safety checks that I require between rentals. As a result, if you absolutely have to have your rental earlier in the day, we suggest you book the night before to ensure it's availability. Delivery times are also based on availability only.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

R.

In addition to the walkthrough training, I have custom user manuals in each camper to make it easy to use. We also highly encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have! Trust me, we've heard them all, it's okay! We had a renter go the entire trip with no lights because he was scared to ask how they worked again (spoiler, they're push button lights). We want you to have the best time, worry free! (and to be able to see in the dark, ha).

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

R.

We will show you and we also have user manuals so not to worry! Check the hook ups that your campground offers (most sites in Itasca are electric only). If you do not have water on site, there is generally a fill up station at the campground, or we can fill it for you. If there is no sewer, we can help you find the nearest one or we do offer dumping services for a fee. (Delivery includes tank dumping). If there is no electricity at your site, that is okay! Add a generator on to your rental.
