-Plenty of seating with a U-shaped dinette and sofa, both of which can be made into beds
-Rear bathroom with sink and shower that has its own separate entrance to reduce the amount of traffic in the camper
-Lots of sleeping space including a private queen bedroom up front, a set of double bunks, U-shaped dinette that folds into a king bed, and a jackknife sofa. There is also plenty of room to set up a pack and play if needed.
-Outdoor entertainment area including an outdoor fridge, hookups for Blackstone or ice maker (available as add ons if needed). There is also an outdoors shower and tons of storage. The rear has a storage rack for extra coolers, bikes, etc. There is a 200 W solar panel that helps keep the fridge cold.All of this comes in at less than 6000 lbs dry weight, which can be towed by many 1/2 ton trucks. We also offer delivery. If you would like delivery, scroll to the bottom of the
"Add-ons" page during check out. Delivery during the week will generally be after 4:30 pm-we try our very best to be accommodate special requests.Need delivery? We can bring it, set it up, pick it up and dump the tanks for you! Select the delivery option on the "Add-on" page during check out (scroll to the bottom). During the week, we usually can only deliver after 4:30 pm.Please note- due to a high volume of requests from local cabin/lake homeowners needing extra space for guests, we are happy to help, but based on past experiences, now have to require the following:
-This camper is 31 feet, please make sure you have room for it, including room to back up and maneuver. We have smaller units if needed.
-All of our campers require 30-amp power. Plugging in to your cabin/home will not provide ample or safe power. If you do not have 30 amp, a generator is required. We have generators for rent. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in loss of deposit and potential damage to electrical systems which will be the responsibility of the renter.
-Any and all guests in the camper must be properly trained on how to use them. If the person sleeping in the camper is not present, it is the homeowner's responsibility to pass on training information to their guests.
-Our campers are not to be used as restroom facilities for your event. Please contact a portable toilet company for these needs.Thanks for reading! We have multiple units if you have a larger group or event. Our business is family owned and operated and we thank you so much for your interest.

5We had a wonderful time in this beautiful camper! Very spacious and the placement in our site was perfect We had a temporary power outage in our campground and Amanda kindly offered to bring us a generator! Wow! That’s top notch customer service Didn’t need it because the power came back but really cool to know it was an option I’m renting this camper again in 2026 for two camping trips!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We do try our best to be accomodating. However, due to high volumes of reservation and same day turnaround, we cannot always guarantee certain check in or out times. I do not sacrifice my cleaning and inspection routines by rushing to accommodate times. If you must have a early or late check in/out, please book and extra day. Always contact us with questions.
