Who Can Tow: -Only approved drivers listed on the rental platform may tow. -25 Minimum age requirement for towing. -Valid driver’s license required. -Prior towing experience preferred. Speed Limits: -Maximum towing speed: 65 mph -Lower speed in wind, rain, gravel, construction, etc. Road Type Restrictions: -No off-roading. -No forest service roads unless paved and approved. -No muddy trails, logging roads, beach driving, or rough terrain. Geographic Limits: -Minnesota and surrounding states only. -No Mexico / Canada crossings. -No long-distance cross-country trips unless pre-approved. Hookup Requirements: -Must use correct power hookups. -Sewer hose must be used properly. Care Rules: -No Smoking / Vaping inside the camper Pets: -Are allowed, but please be courteous of the camper owner and the next guests. -Not allowed on the beds or the dining benches Cleanliness: -Return swept out. -Dishes cleaned. -Trash removed. Towing Equipment Rules: -Proper brake controller required. -7-pin connector required. -Correct hitch height required. -Tow vehicle must meet weight rating. Damage Prevention Rules -No roof access. -No climbing ladder. -Awning must be retracted in wind / when unattended. -Do not tow with awning extended (yes, it happens). -Tire pressure check before trip. Northern Minnesota Rentals -No travel during severe snow/ice conditions. -No towing on unplowed roads. -Winterized restrictions if freezing temps. • There will be a $50 dumping fee if the camper is returned with any fluids left in the black and/or gray tanks.
