My family and I went to the Grand Canyon. The experience was far more better than I could imagine. Clint was amazing. Very friendly and thorough walking me through the whole RV and how to work all the controls. Thank you very much Clint. Definitely going back to them for our next family vacation.

This is a really hard review! In the first instance we had an amazing holiday - even though the condition of the RV was not what we had in mind for a five year old vehicle - we understand it is a rental and it’s not going to be in brand new condition but would expect money to be used to keep things updated and in good condition - for example, the outside seating was shabby, old and falling apart - the ladder up to the bed above the cab was taped together making it dangerous for our daughter to use, the front electric privacy blind not working, reversing camera stopped working - little things like this. We had to purchase a new water hose for $50 because the one supplied was leaking but didn’t ask for reimbursement as at the end of the trip we would were told by Clint there were no extra charges so we were happy to swallow the charge for this. From collection of the RV the en-suite toilet had an strong urine smell both inside and out of the RV and during our trip this became an issue and a blockage began and we contacted Clint and he said to leave it and he would need to arrange for so one to come and look at it - the site we were on gave us a contact number for an rv repair man so we passed this onto Clint who arranged for the man to come and sort out the issue - the smell of urine immediately disappeared and never returned. Upon returning home to the UK, after having been told there were no extra charges - We were shocked to find that over $400 had been deducted from our deposit to pay for the toilet repairs. It’s a shame that we were charged in this way with no consultation and no response from Clint to our messages asking for a copy of the repair invoice - just blanking us. This seems a sad end to a lovely holiday and we just hope that the money he has deducted from us in this way (without reimbursing the money we have spent on a new hose) goes back into the RV to make it a more pleasant experience for the next people.

Our family had a WONDERFUL trip exploring the Grand Canyon, Grand Tetons and Cody, WY. Yellowstone was closed, so we will have to return! Every connection with Clint was so helpful. He always responded quickly to any questions we had and was very kind. It was a pleasure working with him. We loved the spaciousness of the camper and the full sized refrigerator.
