4.0The pick-up and drop-off experience is very easy...... a simple Uber ride from the airport. The RV is smaller than most and easier to maneuver than the larger ones we have rented in the past. The host is very responsive. We mentioned that the wiper blades needed to be replaced, and he made an appointment to have that done the very next day.
