Misleading about vehicle safety
One guest reported that Audel delivered the trailer with unsafe, 8-year-old cracked tires, then falsely claimed nothing was wrong to collect full payment after the guest refused the rental.

1.0The host was communicative and accommodating so far as the delivery was concerned. However, the trailer was delivered without a spare tire despite having one in the listing. Furthermore, the two tires that were on the trailer were cracked around the entire circumference and in need of replacement. We were told by the host the tires were about a year old despite their obvious poor condition. Upon inspection myself I discovered the tires to be over 8 years old. I subsequently refused to take the trailer on the road. I spoke to the host regarding an amicable solution to compensate him for his time, but I was asking for a full refund of the trailer rental as it never moved once dropped off. He informed me he would reach out to Outdoorsy and get back to me. Instead, he immediately closed the rental as an early return and collected full payment stating to the platform that nothing is wrong with the trailer and that he and I went through it together. These statements are false and speak to bad faith in doing business. All subsequent messaging to the host after refusing to take the trailer and asking for a refund were unanswered. Do business with this host at your own risk.

4.0Great little RV for our camping adventure. Perfect set up for our twins and easy to use. Communication was great and quick. Was able to make a last minute reservation due to another hosts cancellation. Truly saved our weekend.
