* Any bio fluids will be subject to a $2,500.00 deep clean fee (Vomit, Urine, Fecal Matter, Blood, etc.)
* A fee of $100 per hour will be charged if the RV is returned later than the agreed upon time.
* No parties inside the RV, renters are responsible for damages
* No smoking in the RV please, cigarette smoke is tough to get out and it stinks. (Fee will be applied)
* No cross country trips. (only AZ, CA, NV, UT allowed)
* This vehicle is GPS monitored.
* In the event a lockout occurs you agree to pay 1.75 cents per mile, round trip, for owner to drive and unlock RV and a fee of $35 PER missing key (Excludes Mercedes Proximity Key)
*In the event the Mercedes Proximity Key is lost, $750.00 Replacement Fee will be applied.
* Never haul anything. Especially anything over 4,500 LBS, renter is liable for any damages that may occur.
* Never push the engine over 3500 RPM, may damage engine (monitored)
* In case of a flat tire (do not attempt to fix it) please pull over IMMEDIATELY let us take care of that.
* You are responsible to disclose any tolls, red light tickets or parking tickets to owners at the time you return the RV.* The RV has is equipped with a Dash-cam with GPS tracking and Driving Performance for safety and liability purposes. Tampering / Unplugging will result in penalty of $1,500.00 Please don’t touch it.Security Deposit will be refunded assuming no damages of any kind.
