Driving & Usage: Driver must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license. No off-roading, beach driving, desert trails, forest service roads, or unpaved roads unless explicitly approved in writing. Vehicle must remain within the continental United States only unless otherwise approved. No towing of any kind. Obey all posted speed limits and traffic laws at all times. Fuel: Van must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Unreturned fuel will be charged at market rate plus a service fee. Smoking & Substances: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the vehicle (including tobacco, marijuana, or e-cigarettes). Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee. Cleanliness & Care: Please return the van in generally the same condition as received. Light cleaning is expected; excessive mess, trash, or odors may result in additional cleaning fees. Do not climb on the roof unless explicitly authorized. Do not modify or remove any equipment. Water Systems & Toilet: Gray water tank must be emptied prior to return. No need to empty toilet. Improper disposal or neglect may result in service fees. Electrical System: Do not plug the van into unknown or unsafe power sources. Do not overload outlets or attempt electrical modifications. If unsure, ask first. Damage & Mechanical Issues: Report any warning lights, damage, or issues immediately. Do not continue driving if mechanical warning lights appear. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed unless approved in advance. Late Returns: Late returns may result in hourly or daily penalties per Outdoorsy policy.
