First off let me say renting from Frederick was an absolute dream, his trailer was extremely up kept and well stocked with everything I needed for my trip, the line of communication was open for me to ask any questions, he starts off your rental with a guide to the rental unit as well a walk through to talk to you about everything you need to know, hes very open to answering any questions you may have during your trip as well. all and all very stand up guy. I will definitely be renting from him again.

• Renter must have a valid driver’s license and a tow vehicle rated for this trailer’s hitch weight (305 lb) and GVWR (~3,805 lb). Please double-check your vehicle’s towing capacity before booking. • A weight-distribution hitch with sway control is strongly recommended for highway towing. One is available as an add-on if your vehicle doesn’t already have one. • If your tow vehicle doesn’t have a built-in brake controller, a wireless brake controller add-on is available, trailer brakes are required for safe towing. • Please drive at safe, moderate speeds while towing, especially in windy conditions, on grades, or through mountain passes. Slower is safer. • Perform a pre-departure walk-around before every drive: check hitch connection, safety chains, breakaway cable, tire pressure, and running lights. • Trailer must remain on paved or designated gravel roads. No off-roading or driving on unmaintained/unstable terrain. • Allow extra following distance and braking room, a loaded trailer significantly increases stopping distance. • Avoid sudden lane changes or sharp turns; trailer sway can happen quickly at highway speeds. • Renter is responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or citations incurred during the rental period. • If you’re new to towing, let me know, I’m happy to walk through hitching, backing up, and towing basics at pickup. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

You can tow it yourself or have it delivered, delivery starts at $75 for the first 15 miles, plus $3/mile beyond that. Pickup and drop-off times are flexible within reason; just let me know your plans when you message and we'll coordinate a time that works. If you need a tow vehicle message me and we can discuss which vehicles I have available for towing!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

R.

This trailer is built to be easy for first-timers, it's lightweight enough to tow with most small SUVs, and the leveling blocks and leveling system included make setup at your site quick. The backup camera makes parking and hitching up much less stressful if you haven't towed before. I'm also happy to walk you through anything before you head out!

How do the electric, water and sewage hookups work while setting up at the campground?

R.

Everything you need is included: a fresh water hose with pressure regulator for water hookups, a full sewer hose and dump kit for black/gray tank connections, and power adapters plus a surge protector for 30/50-amp electrical hookups. Most campground hookups are straightforward, connect, and you're set. I'm happy to provide a walk through before you trip and links to YouTube videos to help while you're at your site!
