2020 Winnebago Intent 29L

This was our second time renting class A and it was much better than the prior class A rental as this rig was well maintained and in very good condition as advertised. Vincent and Wendy were very helpful, with prompt responses and also letting us use their cooler since we dry camped in Yosemite NP. We were three of us, plenty of room. My wife and I rented an RV from Wendy and Vincent. First, they arrived on time, and were very engaging and polite. The coach was beautiful and immaculately clean on the inside and out. The motorhome was decorated with new and modern accents, and it was so cute. There was a container of new kitchen utensils for our use, dishes, coffee cups and silverware for eight people, along with pot holders and dish towels. There were clean sheets and blankets on the master bed and overhead bunk. They even included bath towels, although, we packed up the coach from our home, so we were able to bring our own bedding, and supplies. Vincent was very thorough when he explained how the coach worked. I followed him around the RV, and recorded his instructions with my phone, so that I wouldn’t forget anything. Vincent had all of the forms that we needed prepared for us beforehand, and Wendy was very diligent about photo-documenting the motorhome. When we took our vacation, everything in the RV was functional, which made for a great trip. Wendy and Vincent were punctual when they picked up with the coach. All and all, it was a wonderful experience! We would definitely recommend them for RV rental, and we will be renting from them again.
