Overall experience was great-good communication, everything worked great. Our only complaint was the unit really did not have any provisions-no pillows (unless that was part of the $80 linen fee) no broom or anything to clean with. It was definitely bare bones vs other rentals we had. Not even enough utensils for the 4 of us
