Your van travels with 24 hour roadside assistance, but it is your financial responsibility if you do get stuck like this. Also, the response time for the roadside assistance will be extremely long. Be very careful when executing tight turn arounds on less improved roads. These vans can easily get stuck. Getting stuck not due to mechanical issues will be your responsibility to address. We will give you a brief orientation to your van, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn the basics about driving your vehicle. Westies are wonderful vehicles to drive - their large windshield and motor in the rear provide a unique driving experience - but they do require a higher degree of attentiveness than modern vehicles. We'll ask you to keep your eye on a few gauges, and we'll remind you that this is about the journey as much as the destination! This van goes slow but who cares you're on vacation and cruising. Absolutely no smoking in the vehicle. Please keep the vehicle smoke free for all other campers. $300 dollar charge for smoking in the vehicle plus any applicable damage from it.
