A home away from home! After a day of exploring, come "home" to a a cozy space to relax. This brand new travel trailer has a bunk room, a queen size bed, a sofa sleeper, and a dinette that converts to a full size bed. The RV has an oversize bathroom, no squeezing into a tiny RV bathroom! It has 2 flat screen TV's with Hdmi hookup for movies or game consoles. It has a microwave, fridge, sink and a gas range in the kitchen. The bunk room sleeps three with plenty of floor space to spread out.Partial outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower for after those muddy hikes, and Lots and Lots of storage so everything has a place.The required prep fee includes everything you need to use the camper. All you need is your clothes, food, and drink. The main items that are included for up to five people (additional fee for extra linens, bedding, or towels) include: Sanitizing/Cleaning, Linens, Pillows, Towels, Propane, Water hose, Sewer Hose, RV Safe Toilet Paper, Kitchen Essentials, and Weight Distribution Hitch, etc. Please let us know if you have questions about a specific item or if you need additional supplies.No Climbing on the roof. No Smoking in the unit. The powered awning is a non-insurable item via Outdoorsy. We ask that you avoid using the awning. If the awning has shown signs of use, you will forfeit your security deposit. Additionally, if the awning is broken upon return, the cost to repair will be taken out of renter deposit. If the damages are in excess of the deposit. The renter will be responsible for the remainder.Weight distribution hitch with anti-sway will be provided. Your tow vehicle must have a 2" receiver. if it is larger you will need to provide an adapter. The RV will be delivered to your site at 4:00 pm. You will need to be there for delivery. Any time after 5:00 pm will will charge $50 per half hour charge.
