Super clean!! Fully furnished 6 person 2019 RV

Unit was filthy, all bedding dirty, refrigerator not cooling took Over 12 hours to cool electrical wires exposed, the heater doesn't work, expired vehical tags, no proof of insurance in vehical, wall paper peeling, cracked windshield, upper bedding platforn taped with duct tape, 2x4 board supporting top bed, bathroom sink not connected, kitchen sink leaked holding water tank hole not able to fill with water, we were forced to dry camp and use ice chests to keep our food cold, the outside of unit dirty. We came from Alaska with no choice but to dry camp this unit was left cleaner by us than we received it all silverware dishware dirty only thing that worked was the air conditioner, outside unit was dirty, needs air shocks worst rental we have ever rented, we called owner and asked for a discount with no response on his part. The check engine light on. This unit needs to be condemed. Do not rent this unit!

I rented this RV for a family trip for 3 nights in July. What a disaster. The water tank was cracked, taped together to try and "fix" it, water leaked all over my things, once the water finished leaking, we had no water for the entire trip for sinks, shower, and toilet. The generator had issues throughout the trip, I checked the oil and it was completely empty. I put a new air filter on and refilled the oil, adjusted the gas, oil, air ratio to get the generator to run so we had AC. Many of the outlets did not work, and we continually has the carbon monoxide alarms going off due to the exhaust leaking into the cabin, oh yeah the engine light was on due to the exhaust system... The title of the listing claims 'Super Clean', really? There were food pieces over all of the utensils and knifes, there were mouse droppings in the cupboards and a mouse nest under the sink. There we so many additional issues I could go on for pages. When I brought up these concerns with the host Mark and asked for a partial refund he made a million excuses then charged me from my deposit for an extra night, because it was returned 6 hours past the drop off because we could only drive 40 miles an hour with the windows open to vent the freaking exhaust that was inside while we were driving! What a joke, I have rented RV's for years from outdoorsy with great experiences, save your self a headache and move on.

Pretty awful and can keep this review simple 1. No response from messaging on Outdoorsy for more than 72 hours 2. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY. See pic of Silverware. 3. Smells like sewage.
