"El Primero" is a 2020 Ford Transit van featuring a custom, professional conversion by Casa Conversions. This van is fully equipped with off-grid solar power, and a 32-gallon water tank, so you can stay off-grid longer than a typical RV. The interior consists of modern cabinetry handcrafted by a Casa Conversions with soft close doors/drawers and custom trims.The kitchen comes with a propane stove, refrigerator, and sink. The two overhead vent fans make for a pleasant cooking experience, even during a warm Texas evening. The front passenger seat swivels around to the back so you can have a relaxing dinner, on the moveable Lagun table with a view out the large sliding door. The shower, located between the front passenger seat and the kitchen makes for a luxurious camping experience, after a long day of adventures. When you're ready to turn in for the day, make your way to the back of the van to the platform bed. The bed has a memory foam short queen mattress that measures 72” long x 60” wide. Beneath the bed is a garage area, perfect for storing mountain bikes, luggage, or any other gear.The van will come with a full tank of water and a fully charged battery supply. The house batteries provided power to everything behind the captain's chairs. Some of the highlights of the electrical system are two MaxxAir fans, overhead lights, reading lights, under-cabinet lights, exterior flood lights, USB outlets, 110V outlets, and a water pump. It also comes equipped with a 1000W inverter/charger so you can plug into shore power and run small 110V appliances. There is also a propane instant hot water heater located on the rear of the van.Along with other important safety features, the all-wheel-drive, all terrain tires and lane keeping assist makes for a smooth and safe ride in just about any climate.Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
