Have a wonderful time camping in this older well cared for motorhome. We are pet friendly provided your pets are well trained. Plenty of space for the whole family for a fun filled trip. Lots of storage and we have heat and air. Low mileage and great running vehicle. High end solid cupboards, hardwood floor, plenty of space, large bathroom, tons of cupboards with plenty of storage space. You can access bathroom and make food while slide out is closed, while stopped, of course!Ce qui est inclusLinens, kitchen necessities included. Possibility of other inclusions. Actual cost to replace / repair or insurance deductible if applicable for any damage to the awning from driving, misuse, wind, weather while in possession of the RV.Actual cost to replace / repair for any lost or damaged items / contents (ie cabinets, drawers, toilet, shower, power cords, surge protector, lost keys, bedding, etc.) that were lost / missing / damaged upon return of the motorhome.Insurance deductible or actual cost to replace or repair for appliances (ie AC, refrigerator, gas stove, hot water tank, batteries, etc. ) that were damaged or lost in the motorhome.In the event that a glass chip occurs to the windshield, the renter is encouraged to have a chip repair performed by a professional glass company. Should it need to be replaced, the renter is responsible for the replacement cost or insurance deductible.You are sent out with a nice clean unit, it is expected that it be returned in relatively the same condition. For additional cleaning, additional charges will apply.Motorhome leaves with a full tank of fuel and should return with a full tank as well. - smoking, vaping, or burning of incense (inside or outside RV near open windows)

- towing
- boondocking / dry camping- No off highway use, renter will be charged for any and all damages resulting from improper use of unit (insurance only covers damages due to police reported accidents)SECURITY / SAFETY

- turn off the propane tank, water heater, water pump, fridge, A/C, and furnace while driving.
-make sure retractable steps are up prior to moving

- remove personal items/food
- wash and dry dishes/cookware, return to storage
- gather dirty linens/washcloths, place near door
- dispose of trash
