I chose this RV because it was close to where my family get together was and it could be delivered. Sam was very nice and helpful when communicating about the RV. The only thing that was frustrating leading up to the delivery was an actual time she would be dropping off. I asked several times before the date when drop off would happen. I even gave her the RV park hours and told her I was 3+ hours away and needed a time to be there. I even asked if a family member could go over the walk through as I couldn't get a time from her. The day of, I still didn't have a time and ended up just telling her a time I would be there. About an hour into my drive, I got a message she had dropped off. Not at all what I had expected but there was nothing I could do. I get there and sure enough, it's sitting on our site, hooked up to electricity and water. She did not hook up sewage although I mentioned there were hookups. I didn't want to be charged a dumping fee and I couldn't find her sewage hose. Thankfully a family member had an extra. The inside and outside were mostly clean. The toilet water flush was broken but we used the shower hose to add water. The stove didn't turn on, maybe the propane was out? The extra blankets and included linens were perfect and snuggly. It was one less thing we needed to pack. There were no keys left to lock the RV when we left the park, it might matter for others. Pick up was okay although again, no time was given and thankfully we had just cleaned it out. Over all I would rent again but expect to be there at my own time rather than stressing about when I should be there and if not who can be.

They were great. They were able to deliver the trailer back to where we needed It. They set up it up, was clean and will taken care of.
