Sleeps 4 comfortably and with the slide-out offers nice amount of room. Many areas for storage inside and out, equipped with gas outlet for your own grill as well. Bathroom offers more room than normal with a skylight in the shower to offer extra head room and natural lighting. This trailer has the same amount of room as a 26 foot due to the Murphy bed. The bed is queen size and when locked upwards leaves the couch open for use. The couch also folds out like a futon to full size sleep area if you dont want to mess with the murphy bed. The dinette is U-shaped and folds to a full size sleep area. The table is foldable and movable to wherever you need it. Electric Jack and slide-out. Dry weight 4304, torsion axles, most midsized vehicles with a tow package can haul this. Included with the rental is 2 skillets, bake sheet, cups, coffee pot, silverware, utensils, paper towels, bath towels (2), wash towels (2), travel size dish soap, TP, and trash bags.Please note the following: Location says Lexington But we are actually between Elgin & Lexington and only 45 minutes from Austin!

Vikki is super friendly and was very willing to help us hook up the RV and answered all our questions so that we would know how to unhook the trailer when we reached our destination (it was our first time towing an RV). The RV was clean and very roomy. I would definitely recommend this owner and RV to anyone.

Very easy rental. Owner had everything, very kind and answered all of our questions and went over everything in detail. Unit was adorably decorated, very clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend get away. Owner was available during our rental for all questions.

This was my first experience with renting a RV. Vikki made every step of the process very easy and enjoyable for our annual trip. She was very personable and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire time. She was never reluctant to answer any of our annoying first time user questions :-). The unit was of the highest quality and I did not experience any major issues. I would also like to note Vikki's orientation and instructions were without difficulty. I hope to rent from Vikki in the future.
