Private front bedroom with exterior door to outside, second 32" smart TV in the bedroom, linens, sheets and pillows included. A large bathroom full width of the TT separates the front bedroom and Kitchen. Large shower, vanity and toilet with plenty of room to get dressed. All towels, wash cloths and toiletries included with this rental. Sliding door separates to kitchen with S.S. UM sink, 3-burner gas stove and oven. Above the oven electric microwave with all cookware, flatware, cups, plates, pots, pans, coffee maker and blinder included. Everything you will need in the kitchen. To the left sits the refrigerator along with a 3 seat reclining sofa in a slide out. This opens up to the living area and main entrance to the trailer . This is where the entertainment center, 42" smart tv, DVD, Bluetooth, Radio and CD player is located. At the back of the TT there are Twin Size bunk Beds with steps to access both. Below them is a Jack Knife couch that pulls out to make a Full bed or for viewing tv. A fold up adjustable Table is also included. The Power slide and power awning along with outdoor lighting and speakers that are controlled by main entrance . Duck AC system as well as central heat and hot water heater to go with 65 gal potable water tank. The dry weight of this trailer 6325 and comes with the use of a weight distribution hitch/4-point sway bar if needed. I also offer delivery and set up within 100 miles of Liberty Hill. A 30 and 50 amp hookup adapters and extension cords. Water hose and filter are also included.
