Located in Liberty Lake, WA, half way between Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; this like-new RV is super fun and perfect for your next family adventure!Easy setup - as this unit includes:
- Self-leveling Jacks
- Electric Awning
- Electric Step
- Even has an electric articulating arm on the TV :)Great for families! Passengers in the back can watch DVDs on the 32" TV while travelling.Has two pop-outs that provide tons of space and comfortably sleep about 4 to 5.There are a total of 8 seat belts. 4 at table, 2 at couch, 2 in cab.
(The laws of physics still apply inside RV. All passengers should wear a seat belts while travelling.)The factory specs state that it sleeps 8 to 9, but here is the reality:
- Over cab can sleep up to 2 adults with a 700 lb total weight limit.
- Couch folds out and really is only good for 1 short adult or 2 smaller kids.
- Table converts to bed but is only good for really really short adult or 2 smaller kids.
- Master bed is regular Queen bed and can easily fit 2 adults.
- The bunk beds have been removed so no sleeping there. Instead it is a desk.Also, included in the rental:
- Kitchen utensils (knives, forks, spoons, tongs, spatula, etc)
- Plates, bowls, mugs, pots, pans
- Starter roll of paper towels
- Coffee makers (french press and electric drip)
- Bathroom Towels and washcloths
- Starter pack of RV safe toilet paper
- Bed linens/sheets
- Pillows
- Folding chairs (minimum 4)
- Small BBQ
- Yard games and balls
- Board/card games
- DVDs (random mix)Some fine print:
- No pets allowed. However, owner has dog so not a good RV if anyone in your party is allergic.
- Absolutely no smoking permitted.
- No towing.
- No use of roof ladder or walking on the roof.
