5.0Hank, the RV, performed well during our trip. Erin was really helpful and responsive, especially during some rather stressful circumstances involving a flat tire. She patently explained how to operate the various systems. Overall, a very nice experience!

5.0This was our first time using outdoorsy or renting an RV/van, and we honestly didn't know exactly what to expect. Erin, the owner of "Hank", was excellent at communicating through the whole process, exceptionally thoughtful at preparing the van with all the little things that we didn't think of for a trip, and did a fabulous job of showing how everything worked before we started out. 10/10 experience, and my wife and I had a wonderful time on vacation because of it.
