Rules of the Road Driving Requirements Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. Driver must have experience driving a vehicle of similar size. Follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously, especially on curves and in windy conditions. Prohibited Activities No smoking inside the RV. No towing other vehicles or trailers without prior approval. No off-road driving on unpaved roads, beaches, or non-designated areas. Fuel and Propane Return the RV with a full tank of fuel and propane as received. Use the specified fuel type only (e.g., diesel for diesel engines). Generator and Electrical Use Generator use is limited to 4 hours per day. Excess use incurs additional fees. Use only the provided extension cords and adapters for hookups. Weight and Overloading Avoid overloading the RV beyond its Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) to prevent damage and ensure safety. Parking and Clearance Your RV’s height is 10' 11". Be cautious of low clearances and height restrictions. Use designated RV parking and avoid congested areas. Waste Disposal Empty both gray and black water tanks before returning the RV to avoid a cleaning fee. Only use provided RV-safe toilet paper. Pets Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional cleaning fee of $125. Pets must not be left unattended in the RV. Accidents and Damage Report any accidents or damage immediately. Renters are responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period. Return Condition Return the RV clean and in the same condition as received. Excessive dirt or damage will incur a cleaning fee. Important Notice on Off-Road Driving Off-road driving and unpaved roads are prohibited. This RV is not designed for rugged terrain, and tire damage can be costly. Repair Costs: Any damages from unpaved or off-road travel, including towing and repairs, will be the renter’s responsibility.
