3The camper smelled like cigarette smoke which we were not happy with.since it did say they had a strict policy against it. Could have been a little cleaner. The overall set up when we got there was awesome. We left a note at the camper of many repairs needed for it as well , I would probably rent another camper from them but not this particular one.

2.5The reservation process was great, the delivery and set up were on time and took a LOT off our vacation stress by not having to drive a camper and set up etc. We had issues with the camper not being clean (sinks, floors) and ants completely covering all surfaces including mattresses and the linens that we paid extra for. I ended up having to get other bed linens because we did not have an easy way to launder the bedding to rid of ants. The TV did not work, ended up having to buy a new antenna for it. The fridge was constantly needing to be reset and cooled down again and again. We ended up using neighbors fridge. The battery located in the hatch underneath the front bedroom exploded and resulted in terrible fumes and battery acid draining. We called in these issues and were told that a service call would be placed and they would get someone out ASAP. For the remainder of the next 7 days, we never heard from or saw anyone. I asked for refund for the linens and did not receive it. I did not ask for a discount on the rental and should have because we certainly did not get what we paid for.
