Exterior features include outdoor kitchen, electric awning with adjustable arms and an LED light strip and outside hot/cold shower with shower head.Renter is responsible for returning camper with black and grey tanks emptied. Additional RV parks in the area include Dakota Ridge RV park, Clear Creek RV park ( easy walk to downtown Golden) and Bear Creek Lake Campground.
