Dustin’s airstream was clean and well equipped. He had accessories to enhance the experience and communication was great. I would gladly rent a travel trailer from him again and recommend to others.

Dustin was very thorough with his review of the camper as well as very timely with his responses most of the time. The overall experience was very good! There were a few small maintenance items that should be addressed but I suspect Dustin was not alerted to them by previous campers. The airstream performed well. The camper itself is very comfortable and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We did have to use the air conditioner on one night and that performed like a champ! We did suffer a flat on the trailer at no fault due to Dustin. I did have the Outdoorsy roadside assistance and I would suggest that you save your money. I think Outdoorsy tried but basically they call around to find a roadside service in your area to send to you. If you are handy with a cell phone you may as well do the calling yourself. It will be much quicker.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
I am pretty flexible, I do not want you rushing to get back or have to cut your vacation short. I need time to clean and turn trailers for the next rental so my flexibility is usually determined by the timing of the next rental.
Q.Do you provide kitchen cookware and dishes?
R.
I do provide a full kitchen setup with everything you need to cook and entertain while on your vacation. you can add these items to your rental for a onetime fee of $45.
Q.Can you deliver the trailer to my campsite or home?
R.
Yes we will deliver and pick up to your location for a total round trip per mile fee. If your location is 50 miles from our pick up location that is 4 trips to drop off at your location. 1 trip to deliver, one trip to return home, 1 trip to pick up, and 1 trip to return home. We charge $1.25 per mile per trip. So a 50 mile delivery would be a total of 4 trips for 200 total miles. On outdoorsy it will look like $5 per mile for a total of 50 miles.
Q.Do I need a brake controller?
R.
You will need the equipment to engage the electric brakes on the trailer. I do offer a bluetooth controller that just plugs in to your 7pin receiver and syncs with your smart phone. https://www.curtmfg.com/part/51180
