2021 Grand Design Transcend Xplor
This camper is already at the campsite and ready to go for you! Cost includes camper rental and campsite (no towing required). Come check out the Red Feather Lakes area and stay in our new 2021 Transcend Xplor 297QB. It's basically a 2 bedroom cabin with a queen bed master suite, a rear bunk room with a full size bottom bunk and 2 twin upper bunks, a living area complete with full kitchen, dinette, and sofa that both convert to sleeping areas. Bring your own linens and food but all kitchen supplies are provided.Our property is 3.3 acres of northern Colorado paradise with trees for shade, climbing, and hanging your hammocks, a fire pit, picnic tables, level grass/meadow area to play in, a trail around the perimeter of the property, and electric to the camper.The lot is 10 minutes from Red Feather Lakes village, West Lake, and Dowdy Lake. 15 minutes to Fox Acres Golf Course. 15 minutes from The Forks Restaurant and only 1/4 mile off the paved road 74E (easily accessible with any vehicle). Within the community there are plenty of miles of road/trail to ride and hike and you are within minutes of all the hiking, fishing, biking, off roading, horse back riding, and all the other activities that the region offers for outdoors enthusiast. Of course you could just relax at the camp site, read a good book, take a nap, or watch the wildlife stroll through the property.Ce qui est inclusBring your own linens (sleeping bags, sheets, blankets, towels, 4 pillows included). Bring your own food and drinks. All kitchen appliances and utensils included. Enough paper products to get you going (cups, bowls, plates, plasticware to minimize washing and conserve water). Fish the many lakes, rivers, and streams in the area. Hike, bike, or horseback ride on all the many trails nearby. ATV and/or explore Roosevelt National Forest.
