Our Fleetwood Southwind has 2 slide outs with a family friendly floor plan that gives great privacy in the master bedroom. The master features a comfortable pillow-top queen mattress, mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage. It also has a large private 1/2 bath with full-size shower.The front slideout holds a booth dinette and sofa that both convert into beds. There is an automatic Dish satellite, Blu-ray DVD player, Netflix, Disney+ and surround sound with a 43" Samsung 4K Smart TV in the front room and a 40" Samsung Smart TV in the master bedroom.The kitchen area features a 4-door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, 3-burner range with oven, stainless kitchen sink and a combination washer/dryer.The RV comes equipped with an Automatic Hydraulic Leveling System, electric patio awning for day time shade and evening entertaining, fresh-water hose, water pressure regulator and dump hoses. It has a 50 amp power service with 30 amp, and 15 amp adapter plugs, a pure sine-wave power inverter that provides power for the entertainment system while driving or boondocking and a gas generator for running larger power items such as the air conditioners.Included in the RV rental are: kitchen supplies, bed linens, folding table, 6 folding camping chairs, outdoor floor mat, 3 hours of generator usage per day and 25 gallons of fresh water (fresh water tank holds 100 gallons).The following item are Optional:
1) WiFi for the RV – A Wifi Network for email and streaming services (wherever T-Mobile LTE is available, $12 per day).2) Bike Rack $25 per tripOur RV is also available for use at your home as an "additional room" or at our home as an "on site rental". We have full hookups and ample parking. We are in Long Beach centrally located between Hollywood and Disneyland and close to many beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
