5We didn't get to use the camper we rented unfortunately. Our truck's torque converter went out after we left the lot. The staff was very helpful and they were kind enough to refund a portion of the rental fee. Despite the pit experience of not getting to use the camper, Corbin and his team were so professional and caring. We will definitely be renting another camper from GoHome Port (with a new truck)! :) One word of advice - don't assume the pickup location is correct on the app. Be sure to message the host to confirm the location prior to picking up the unit since a lot of companies manage more than one location.
