Cleanliness- Upon pickup the RV was filled with flies and smelled and came to find a dirty diaper left in the trash. There was a (maybe) soda spill across the floor, sticky and gross. Overall the floor wasn't very clean. The windshield was dirty, worker person tried to get the bugs off but even the inside of the windshield was dirty with smudges and footprints. There was some sort of mystery powder in the bottom drawer of rear bedroom, maybe spilled baby formula?
Broken things: Third drawer on the bottom, right of stove doesn't lock shut
Rear AC didn't work last 2 nights
Broken/detached armrest on each seat
Broken/detached night shade on driver's side
Top of the side mirror on passenger side not bolted on right sand side
Remotes didn't work for the TV
Main breaker was very difficult to find, which is what got us AC the first night, the last two days nothing helped it work.
Fan adjuster knob was broken/off, could only do off or full blast, feet/defrost. When using on face it would make a clicking noise.
Trim on couch seats broken, which gave my daughter a splinter.
Screen near driver's side couch broken
Shore Power cords look like they were plugged in and someone drove off. Exposed cords could be a liability in the future.
Service advance Trac- no cruise control (did work one day, not the other)
Hill start assist not available warning came on during the drive.
I checked to see when the RV needed to be back and although I chose 5pm when booking, I was told that was "just the default" and it needed to be back between 2-3. We rushed and ran and hit a lot of traffic, but managed to get it back by 3:30. No one was there and we called and were told to just park it around back and leave the keys in it.
So, it didn't matter what time we got back and didn't need to stress.
Beginning to end we had issues. The service did not meet our expectations and the vehicle was misrepresented as luxurious when in fact it had many mechanical and cosmetic issues.
