Beautiful 2019 Forest River Sunseeker. This is a great family motorhome with 2 queens beds and a dinette tables that folds down to a roomy 3rd bed perfect for children or small adults. We welcome family, friends and your furry loved ones to join on your vacation! 3 total TVs including 1 outside with an outside speaker system! A perfect home base for your next luxury vacation get away!Standard pick up and drop off times are between 10am-4pm. Please coordinate us directly at the time of reservation.It comes fully stocked with linens, dishes, bowls, cups, coffee pot, filters and tumblers. All the kitchen basics: can opener, cutting board, whisk, spatulas, backing sheet, pot, 2 cooking pans, oven mitt and dish towel. 2 bath towels, wash cloth, toilet paper, paper towels, swiffer mop, duster, cleaning rags and disinfectant wipes.Perfect for your basic needs so you can relax and enjoy your vacation!We have a professional cleaning service that comes before each departure, $100 cleaning fee is a mandatory charge we take from your deposit at the end of the trip to ensure the vehicle stays in top condition for your stay. We charge a $100 dumping fee if the black and grey tanks aren’t emptied before your return.We are here to make your experience great! Please reach out with any questions we’re happy to help and attempt to accommodate where we can. :)Generator 4 hours per might included, additional $3/hrMileage 100 miles per night included, additional .5/mile
