5.0We had a few issues with our RV the night before leaving town. We reached our to our contact Kim and she was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to swap out our unit for a different RV. The replacement worked great for our trip. Having the few issues with the first RV was inconveniences, the customer service offered by Road Adventures what exceptional!! We will absolutely be a retuning customer next year!
