Angela was great and the rental process online was easy and streamlined. However, the unit I received was in pretty poor shape. First, as I walked around the unit after I hooked up I noticed one of the taillights was busted and not working. I told the guy helping and he said okay I'll let them know. (I would of thought they'd fixed it or gave me a different unit). Second, as I pulled out the yard the water tank was leaking (like gushing) and I had to go back and wait about 30 mins for it to be fixed and then ratchet strapped back into place. Third, I only used the sink for water to wash hands a couple times and when I went to pump out the tank was basically completely full and had toilet paper and human waste and I never even brought toilet paper with me let alone used the toilet. I told them this when I returned it and was told that it just came out of winter storage. Also no one walked around the unit with me when I got back to check everything I was just told to drop it. So until my deposit was returned I was worried they would say that I had caused some of the damage. I would rent again but would hope next time the camper was in proper working order before I showed up.
