Renters will be charged the sum of $9.00 per gallon for any difference but are not entitled to any financial credit should they return the vehicle with more gasoline than was present upon rental. Renter MUST fully empty Grey and Black waste from the vehicle BEFORE returning the RV. First empty the solid waste (Black ) and then flush with the Grey . Failure to do so will result in a fine of $700 as we do not have a person who will drive it to a dump site.

Horrible experience with this rv. Rented from outdoorsy and owners name is Marc but we were met by another person named Marshal which was weird. Next issue we went to EDC and had no power all weekend long!! All our food went bad and owner is now trying to submit a false charge. Be careful when renting this rv. Currently working with outdoorsy to get a reimbursement since owner is not cooperating at all!!
