This 38' Fifth Wheel has an island kitchen, living room with big screen and fireplace, two theater style recliners and a larger sofa. The living room sofa makes into a full size bed. The air condition is run through duct work in the ceiling so it's quiet unlike older units that have a central unit that is loud and blows in one location. Upstairs you'll find the bathroom and main bedroom featuring a cedar closet, dresser and a king size bed. If you're staying in the East TN area (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dandridge, Sevierville) We can arrange for me to transport the unit to your campsite to enjoy without having to worry about towing it.
