Fully loaded Travel Trailer!! Lightweight Trailer is easy to tow with most SUV/Truck Vehicles. Coming in at ~4.5-5k lbs this is one of the lighter trailers out there which will save on fuel and make it easier to tow around. Comes with nearly everything you may need for your family trip, so hitch up and go on that getaway you have been dreaming about!***Full disclosure, for bookings in October through April, these are likely to be dry camping reservations. The weather temps get cold enough that I will likely have the camper winterized. This means any bookings during these months may not have the use of faucet or toilets at our discretion. If that is unacceptable, please do not book these months. We have to protect the plumbing in the camper during cold weather. Thanks.***Ce qui est inclus• All dishes are included (pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, utensils, etc).
•Chocks, blocks, power cords, surge protection all included.
• Two Brand newer gel batteries (150AH total) for improved discharge and power usage.
• All bedding is provided including sheets, pillows & comforters for all three beds (queen & two bunks).
• Comes with Sway Control (not recommended for Unibody Vehicles).
• Electric Tongue Jack.Recommandations*Our personal favorite places are the Beautiful Colorado State Parks which usually have 30 AMP connections and close to nearby lakes for Paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, etc.Autres points à signaler*We do require a 5 night minimum stay for major holidays and only 4 night minimum all other days. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
*Our only Major rule is please no smoking inside and please dump the tanks (gray & black) before brining the RV back. Most campgrounds have a place to do this which is much more convenient usually.

When not out hiking or doing other fun Colorado activities, we can often be seen camping in National Parks. These are our favorites and we have been going to Yellowstone annual for probably about the past 15 years already. Have questions on Yellowstone, bet we may know the answers. See you out there!
