5.0Renting from CL&A was great! They were very responsive to messages and accommodating to my pick up and drop off schedule which was very helpful. The walk through was very thorough during pick up that it alleviated questions I may have had during our trip. Everything on the trailer worked and provided bedding was nice and clean. They provided everything to get the trailer setup, from leveling the trailer to dumping, we had everything we needed. There were no extra hidden fees or anything as they were very transparent about the trip. Overall my family had a great experience renting from CL&A and would highly recommend them as a host.

Chris did an excellent job on the pre-trip inspection to show me everything I needed to know about the camper. I've rented from others using Outdoorsy, but this was the best and and simplest experience I've had so far. I highly recommend them, and hope to rent from them again in the future. The tow vehicle needs to have a brake control because we live in the foothills and most people enjoy going to the mountains to camp. Coming down steep declines with a trailer and not having a seperate brake control could lead to loss of brakes on your vehicle.
