4. **Fuel Policy** – RV must be returned with the same fuel level as pickup.
5. **Waste Tanks** – Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return or a $150 dumping fee applies.
6. **Awning Use** – Awnings must be retracted in windy conditions. Renter responsible for damage.
7. **Cleaning** – RV must be returned in broom-clean condition. Excessive cleaning billed at $150+.
8. **No Roof Access** – For safety reasons, no climbing on the roof.
9. **Accidents/Damage** – Renter must notify owner immediately of any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues.
