• No smoking or vaping inside the trailer — loss of deposit will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected. • No climbing on the roof or tampering with exterior components (antenna, AC, vents, etc.). • No unauthorized towing or off-roading — paved or maintained gravel roads only. • Pets allowed only with prior approval. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. • No festivals or tailgating events unless pre-approved. • Absolutely no cleaning fish, wild game, or storing raw meat directly in sinks or coolers. Towing & Setup • Tow vehicle must have a 7-pin connector, brake controller, and adequate tow rating. • Renter is responsible for verifying towing capacity and using proper hitch height and weight distribution (equipment may be available for rent). • Level the trailer before operating slide-outs or using stabilizer jacks. • Secure stabilizers before travel; do not drive with slides extended. Utilities & Tanks • Only RV-safe toilet paper may be used (provided). • Black and gray tanks must be dumped before return unless dump service is purchased. • Freshwater system should not be used in freezing conditions unless properly winterized. • Do not overfill tanks — monitor gauges regularly. Power & Propane • Air conditioner and microwave require shore power or generator hookup. • Turn off all appliances and lights when not in use to preserve battery life. • Propane valves must be turned off before towing. Cleaning & Return • Please return the trailer clean and tidy — swept floors, wiped counters, and dishes washed. • Remove all trash and personal belongings. • If excessive cleaning is required, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. • Report any damage or issues immediately upon return (honesty is always appreciated and helps everyone).
